Q: What do I do if I didn't receive an e-mail confirmation of my reservation?
A: Make sure you check your SPAM or Junk email folder. If you still don't find it, feel free to fill out the form below with your reservation information to confirm.
Q: My entire party won't be there by 8:45 pm. Can I hold their seats?
A: While we will do our best to accommodate your party, we cannot hold seats past our 8:45 pm cutoff point. Make sure (especially on Fridays and Saturdays) that EVERYONE in your party is there by 8:45 pm.
Q: Can we request a specific table?
A: Sorry, we seat first come, first served.
Q: My credit card statement shows a different amount than my bill! What happened?!
A: Some banks and cards react strangely with our system. Please allow 2-3 business days for the transaction to fully process before jumping to conclusions. If the charge still appears incorrect, please call us at 212-254-3706.
Q: My son/daughter is under 21. Can they come see a show?
A: On weekdays, underage guests are permitted when accompanied by an adult, but must adhere to a $20 minimum in addition to the night's cover charge. On weekends, if anyone in your party is under 21, you must contact our groups deparment at least 48 hours prior to the show you'd like to attend. To email our group department, click here.
